payload of the BRVT 09 is 900kg and the total
weight is restricted to only 1600kg,
every car can be used for towing the BRVT 09. All tube coil
trailers for 300m tubes have

tachograph is necessary.

There is nearly no bending tension during uncoiling and
the inner end has not to be cut.
The BRVT
09 is a good opportunity to the larger and more
expensiv coil transport trailer.
The pipe is leaving the cage at the top parallel
to the coil. The outer rollers guiding the pipe
below
the trailer axle, the pipe can be pulled directly
into the manhole. There is nearly no bending
tension
and no pressure on the coil, also the resisting
force of the rollers is much lower than for
already
existing sollutions. But the main advantage is
that there are no inner rollers necessary, the
inner end
of the coil can be pulled to the center and has
not to be cut.

Das
Bagela Kabelschubgerät BKS 400 ist speziell für
den Einsatz in beschränkten
Platzverhältnissen konzepiert und kann auch
innerhalb von Gebäuden, Anlagen oder
Schiffen eingesetzt werden. Die geringe Bauhöhe
und das geringe Gewicht der Schubeinheit
ermöglichen die Positionierung direkt in
Kabelpritschen.
Der Einkopfspill kann zum Einziehen von Rohren und
Kabeln verwendet werden, während die
Schubeinheit auch zusätzlich noch
Kunststoffeinschiebebänder mit einem Ø ab 11mm
einschieben und einziehen kann.
Funktion:
Das Kabel wird über zwei Paar angetriebene
Tellerscheiben geführt und von oben mit zwei
Druckrädern zwischen den Tellerscheiben gehalten.
Die Tellerscheiben bestehen aus einer
speziellen hochelastischen, zähen
Vulkolan-mischung, erzeugen eine hohe
Friktionskraft und
sind äußerst verschleißarm.
Die seperate Hydraulikstation wird durch Schläuche
mit dem Schubgerät BKS 400 verbunden,
die Bedienung kann bequem zum Beispiel vom
Erdboden erfolgen. |

Der
Hydraulikantrieb des BKS 400 kann von einem
Elektrohydraulikaggregat oder einem
Benzinhydraulikaggregat und bei entsprechenden
Leistungsdaten auch von einer Fremdhydraulik
betrieben werden.
Die mit Steckkupplungen versehenen fünf Meter
langen Verbindungsschläuche sind mit einem
Mengenteiler für eine stufenlose
Geschwindigkeitsverstellung ausgerüstet. |
